Sherbert


On Tuesday3/4D made sherbert for science.
Ingredients
Sodium bicarbonate, icing sugar, jelly crystals and tartaric acid.
The Science
The bicarb soda reacted with the tartaric acid and saliva in our mouths and it went fizzy.
It was delicious!
Steps
Pour 1 tea spoon baking soda.
Pour 1 tea spoon icing sugar.
Pour 1 tea spoon tartaric acid.
Pour 1 tea spoon jelly crystals.
