RSPCA

Today we had a visit from the RSPCA. I learnt what to do and what not do with animals. It was very interesting. I liked Lou the dog.

Today, Scott McCallumsmith came to our class and talked to us about what he does as an Environmental Engineer.
He talked about Bruck and what they do.
They normally use 2 million litres of water per day, but they have managed to save 200,000 litres of water a day.

Koori Day

Koorie Day

On the 2nd May we had a Koorie day. Wally Cooper, an aboriginal elder, came to our school and talked to us about the aboriginal culture. We painted murals, decorated boomerangs did aboriginal body painting on pictures and danced.
