On Monday, May 26th, the Grade 3/4’s visited the “Wangaratta Historical Museum†as part of their term’s study on ’Energy’. They looked at how common household tools have changed over time, finding out that what once used mainly human energy has been replaced to be powered by electricity. The children made a comparison between past and present energy sources and recent publicity on environmental affects.

We observed that the history of energy has changed remarkably with the revolutions in technology.
The museum is open to the public at weekends and welcomes visitors to view their displays.
